I'm thrilled to introduce our special guest today, Jessica O'Hara, a remarkable member of the Young Life Interrupted Facebook group and affectionately known by me as the "Caregiving Admin Queen." Jessica, at 35, has been navigating the challenging path of long-distance caregiving since the age of 29, caring for both her parents. Although her father sadly passed away a few months ago, Jessica continues to provide unwavering support to her mother, who battles Parkinson's disease.
Jessica's unique journey and resilience make her an exceptional caregiver, and her role as a "personal assistant" in managing the intricate back-end aspects of caregiving sets her apart.
