Anddddd the holidays are upon us.
For most, the holiday's are a time of joy and excitement, but as a caregiver, they are oftentimes filled with dread, and even more depression, and anxiety. They are never going to be as easy and enjoyable as they were prior to caregiving, but they can get a little bit better.
In this episode, I share personal stories of Thanksgiving's as a young caregiver and also some tips to make Thanksgiving, and the holiday's a little bit more manageable. I know you're probably so eager to get past the holidays, but this year, why not try to be intentional about implementing something small to lighten the load a little bit.
